Brandon joined our team in July of 2023. He brings experience in customer service, data analysis, and research developed in an academic setting to the Peyco Southwest team. Having grown up in Arlington, Brandon’s understanding of the area allows us to better serve our clients. Brandon’s primary focus at Peyco Southwest is in the Appraisal Department, where he is an Appraiser Trainee under Jim Maibach. He has worked with Jim Maibach, appraising various projects, including industrial warehouses, subdivisions, office spaces, and vacant land throughout the metroplex. Brandon also assists the Tax Department as a Property Tax Consultant with a focus on Agricultural Valuations/Exemptions.

Experience

Worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas from 2021-2023. In that position, he taught multiple public speaking courses while conducting personal research on media effects and assisting with various other projects within the communication department. He also served as the departmental representative within the Graduate Professional Student Congress.
