Brian has been a Land Development Design Consultant in Arlington for the past 35+ years. Founding and directing two Architectural Engineering Firms, with extensive experience in land planning, zoning, project management, site analysis, landscape architecture and project feasibility assessment / due diligence for a broad scale of land development projects. Design Development of over $100,000,000 in distinctive Land Development Projects including: Commercial Retail Developments, Gated Residential Enclaves, Family Entertainment Centers, Public and Private Schools, Industrial and Manufacturing, Cellular Towers, Oil and Gas, Child Development / Learning Centers, Banking, Higher Education, Grocery Stores, Production Housing Residential, Office and Corporate Campus Development.

Since becoming a Commercial Real Estate Agent eight years ago, Brian Cotter has sold properties in Arlington and throughout Texas. In addition, he has sold and leased properties in Georgia and leased properties in The Bahamas.
