Leslie has rejoined the Peyco Southwest team in 2023 for a cumulative of 7 years providing a wide array of expertise in commercial and residential appraisals and was promoted as the Supervisor of the Appraisal Department in 2023. Leslie’s experience includes:

• Over 24 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Texas; specializing in residential real estate with some experience selling commercial real estate; negotiating contracts for clients in over $50M in transactions; managed and trained over 25 Real Estate Agents

• Over 7 years of experience as an Appraiser; certified in doing residential real estate appraisals with extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisals in many counties throughout northeast and central Texas

• Over 24 years’ experience as a Property Tax Consultant; assisting clients with residential, commercial, and BPP (Business Personal Property) assisting clients nationwide

• Over 9 years’ experience as a Real Estate Arbitrator on the Texas Comptroller registry; specializing in commercial, residential, and BPP valuations

• Over 16 years’ experience as a Real Estate Instructor at the University of Texas in Arlington as an adjunct instructor teaching real estate classes and arbitration classes; as well as providing mentoring and training to new real estate agents and arbitrators
