Our Zoning and Development services are led by firm president, Jim Maibach, who served on the Arlington Planning and Zoning Commission from 1997 to 2003. Combined with his deep experience as a land broker/developer of commercial and industrial properties, this has enabled him to win over 50 zoning cases in the cities of Arlington, Burleson, North Richland Hills, Euless, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Westlake, Kennedale, Cleburne and Grand Prairie on behalf of our clients.

Construction Management Services

From site selection to complete construction of improvements, we assist clients in the total construction project, specializing in office/warehouse, business parks, industrial parks, office complexes, distribution/flex buildings and retail centers.

We excel at complex construction projects, like the re-platting and development of a 20-acre land site located at US. HWY. 287 and Sublett Road in Arlington for the Kroger supermarket chain. This project required the widening of a city street as well as cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation to move the US Highway off ramp from its present location.
